What are your ordering and shipping policies?
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped at the same time due to item availability. For items in stock, shipment is made by the next business day. You will be notified of any items which cannot be shipped via UPS or are experiencing delays. Items too large for UPS or FEDEX will be shipped by a truck line.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, in re-sellable condition, not special-ordered and within 25 days of purchase. Contact us at 1-800-883-2645 before returning an item back to us.

Our Guarantee: Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with an item. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and a short description of the problem after talking to our parts representative. We will accept the return provided it is unused, in resellable condition and returned within 25 days of original invoice. Return of item(s) ordered in error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. Electrical parts are not returnable. If DeLand Toyota is in error in shipping, we will promptly refund your return freight charges. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.
